Good Housekeeping runs a very decent amount of competitions with several new comps being added each month. Typical prizes include toys, kitchen gadgets, hampers, beauty treatments and short breaks. However, see our comments on ‘Reviews’ below.
Like any competition site, prizes have to be funded somehow. If you’re not paying to enter, then expect your data to be used in some way.
On this site, Good Housekeeping is operating the competitions for independent businesses, so they have less control over how your data is used.
Pay
There’s no pay as such, since this is a competition site. However, many compers do take entering comps very seriously and win a stream of prizes that might as well be another income.
Reviews
As a site in general, it gets pretty poor reviews on Trustpilot. People say that when you enter the competitions, your data is used in a way you might not expect, such as daily phone calls and texts. So think carefully about what information you hand over and use a separate spare email account for this and any other competition entries (do monitor it for wins!)
