UserTesting

Category:

Description

UserTesting offers various tasks for money. These include completing surveys, completing tasks while speaking on audio and/or video; and live conversations where you share your thoughts about a product or experience. The site states that it operates for a range of high profile clients including HP, GoDaddy, Subway, HelloFresh and more.

When you register, you’ll have to complete a test assignment. This requires you to look over their help section and provide live commentary as you navigate through certain simple tasks.

The platform states that 1-2 tests per week can be expected, so it is more of a side hustle than a primary source of income.

Pay

Payments are all made by Paypal.

The amount offered depends on factors such as the test type, duration, and customer demand. Payment is made 14 days after the completed test.

Reviews

UserTesting is rated 3.2/5 on Trustpilot. Common complaints include that the site is biased towards the customer, the instructions are not always clear and the time estimates for the tasks are wildly out (but the quoted pay stays the same).
